Get to Know the Tech Features in the 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ
The 2023 LYRIQ is Cadillac’s first all-electric vehicle. This luxurious SUV sits atop the Ultium Battery Platform to deliver a sporty, agile, and receptive driving experience. The Ultium platform gives the LYRIQ a low center of gravity with practically perfect balance.
At Spitzer Cadillac DuBois near Sykesville, PA, we look forward to LYRIQ arriving on our lot. Our sales team can help you order a LYRIQ with the drivetrain and features you want.
Safety and Tech Features
The 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ features an impressive collection of technology. Standard infotainment features include wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Google Built-In Compatibility, a Wi-Fi hot spot, and several USB ports. The standard sound system includes 19 speakers and an AKG Studio audio system.
Driver assistance features include Blind Zone Steering Assist, Enhanced Automatic Parking Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Front Pedestrian Braking with Bicyclist Detection, HD Rear Vision Camera, Rear Cross-Traffic Braking, Side Bicyclist Alert, Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Rear Park Assist, and Super Cruise for hands-free driving.
The 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ interior features a large 33.0-inch curved LED display with infotainment and vehicle gauges. Additional comfort and tech features include customizable ambient lighting, active noise cancellation to reduce road noise, and a large fixed glass roof for plenty of natural light.
The Tech Powering the LYRIQ
The 2023 Cadillac LYRIQ technology on the Ultium platform depends on the drivetrain. LYRIQ models with rear-wheel drive have a single motor atop the rear axle in the Debut Edition base trim.
The single-motor LYRIQ delivers 340 horsepower, while the all-wheel-drive version with two electric motors delivers about 500 horsepower. The AWD LYRIQ can tow 3,500 pounds when properly equipped.
Drivers can adjust modes through a knob on the center console. The modes include Tour, Sport, Snow/Ice, and a customizable My Mode. For added regenerative braking, drivers can use one-pedal driving. The LYRIQ slows when you remove your foot from the accelerator so you can reduce brake wear and tear.
LYRIQ should deliver approximately 310 miles of range on a full charge. The electric SUV battery gets about 70 miles of range in 10 minutes with a DC fast-charge station. The 100-kWh lithium-ion battery needs about six hours to fully charge using a 240-volt outlet Level 2 charging system.
